At the Delta Cultural Center, the rich history of the Arkansas Delta is brought to life through engaging exhibits, historic properties and educational programs. Located in historic downtown Helena, Arkansas the museum is a must see for all. Visitors experience award-winning interactive exhibits, beautifully restored historic buildings and interpretive outdoor sites.
The Delta Cultural Center opened in 1990 with a single building – The Depot. It has grown over the past twenty-five years to include multiple properties and an impressive collection. Just one block from The Depot museum, the Delta Cultural Center Visitors Center is home to “King Biscuit Time,” the longest running Blues radio broadcast in the world.
The Delta Cultural Center welcomes families, student groups and motor coach tours and admission to the museum is always free.
